My name is Tianah Gingras, I am an American College of Sports Medicine certified exercise physiologist (ACSM-EP) and the Studio Manager at Bars and Stripes Fitness. I have a Bachelors degree, majoring in Human Performance, Exercise and Sport Science.
I have had a passion for health and fitness for as long as I can remember. While in high school, I completed a certificate III in fitness and a certificate II in sport and recreation at Tafe Queensland. This allowed me to work as a certified group trainer in my home country, Australia. During this time, I competed internationally in both softball and athletics (track and field). Ultimately pursuing a javelin scholarship at the University of Alabama, now a retired Division 1 athlete.
I absolutely love using my passion to motivate my clients to achieve their goals. I work virtually with a variety of different clients, of different ages, genders, locations, abilities, and experiences. Tailoring each of their workout programs to their specific schedules, goals, and experience.
